So, I had to bite. I had to grill him a little bit and find out if the Truth About Abs workout lived up to the hype or if it was what I really felt it was which was a complete waste of my time. But, I was pretty sure that he had to join a gym or buy some sort of specialized equipment. My buddy laughed again and told me that none of that stuff was necessary and that the Truth About Abs workout was the most straight forward and healty workout routine that he had seen to date.
